Pickup:
Items must be removed by no later than December 30th. The physical location is in Belle Plaine, KS and the address will be posted in your printed invoice after purchase. If items are not removed by December 30th, buyers will be charged a 10% restocking fee and lose rights to all items purchased. Items not removed will be sent to salvage due to the sale of the property. Gavel Roads is not responsible for items left and no refunds will be given on those items. Buyer is responsible for any and all removal of items and assumes all risk of damages. If these terms can not be met, Gavel Roads suggests not bidding on items on this auction.
