Payment:
For invoices under $2,000, the credit card on file will be charged immediately upon the close of this auction. There is a 3% charge for credit card transactions. Invoices greater than $2,000 will need to be paid by cash, check, ACH, or wire transfer. If you would like to make other payment arrangements please contact Gavel Roads Office between 8:30am and 5:00pm M-F at (316) 425-7732.
Pickup:
Pickup/loadout **ONLY** on January 31st and February 1st, 2024 8:30am - 4:00pm. All items MUST BE REMOVED BY February 1st, 2024 at 4:00pm. If items are not removed, buyers will be charged a 10% restocking fee and lose rights to all items purchased. No load out equipment will be available. Any equipment needed for removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. Gavel Roads is not responsible for items left and no refunds will be given on those items. Buyer is responsible for any and all removal of items and assumes all risk of damages. If these terms can not be met, Gavel Roads suggests not bidding on items on this auction.
