Product Description:

• This lot contains a John Deere HX10 Hydraulic Brush Mower Attachment.
• The mower attachment appeared to be in good usable condition on the day of consignment.
• The front guard is missing from the pto shaft but it doesn't affect the functionality of the mower.
• The seller stated if there is any equipment needed for loading assistance the neighbor will be willing to help load with a scheduled removal.
• Personal inspections are recommended.

Pickup:
The seller requires a minimum 24 hour notice prior to pickup/load out after the auction ends. All items have to removed by 7/1/2021 because the ranch has been sold. Any items not picked up by the pickup date, the buyers will loose the rights of ownership. Their money will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.
