Product Description:
- This lot contains a 2012 Polaris RZR S 900.
- Completely rebuilt motor.
- Only 40 hours on motor since rebuild, runs strong!
- AM/FM/Bluetooth Aux.
- Tires: 29x11x14/29x9x14.
- Automatic Transmission.
- Tilt steering.
- Power steering.
- 2 new fuel Injectors and fuel harnesses.
- Engine work competed report:
- Complete rebuild of the engine do to spun rod bearing, also found the cylinder to be out of spec so had to replace it as well, new crank shaft all bearings both connecting rods, both pistons replaced along with the rings wrist pins and pistons, all new seals and gaskets throughout, rebuilt the water pump with new rod and seals, Completely rebuilt the head with the valves all resurfaced and new valve seals, the valves had the wrong style shims installed so had to replace all of the shims with the proper ones, installed new cam chain and oil pump chain as well, used break in oil and new filter at first, drained that oil out along with the oil filter and put in Red Line full synthetic powersports oil, after rebuild noticed that 2 of the 3 U joints were out replaced all of them, also found the wheel bearing to all have excessive wear so replaced all 4 of them. There was a stud missing in one of the wheel spacers, fixed it so it can have a new lug nut on the wheel.
- Replaced the Air filter.
- Complete gasket set, and seals, new crankshaft, connecting rods, complete piston kits, new cylinder water pump seal kit , 4 wheel bearings, 3 U joints, 2 oil filters, air filter, 4 Qt. Red Line full synthetic powersports oil, 4 Qt. break in oil, anti freeze, Trans/Diff Red Line full synthetic oil. Cam chain, and oil pump chain were also installed.
- Also replaced: Polaris Brake Press switch, 2 Polaris knobs, Polaris Rod Nut.
