Pickup Times:

• Check all federal, state, and local restrictions and laws prior to purchasing any firearm. All winning bidders must comply with all applicable laws for pickup. 
• If you are the winning bidder, please contact the Gene Francis & Associates office to schedule a time for pickup. Removal of items should be scheduled between the following times.
  • March 3rd thru March 14th or by Special Appointment (EXCLUDING THE WEEKEND)
    • 9:00AM - 12:00PM and 1:00PM - 4:00PM.
• Due to the amount of time needed to process a background check, WALK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please call 316-524-8345 to schedule an appointment.
• All winning bidders of firearms (except FFL holders) must fill out ATF Form 4473 in person and present a valid government issued ID. The address of the ID must match the address used in Form 4473. Concealed Carry License Holders still fill out paperwork, but a background check is not required.
• If you would like Gene Francis & Associates to ship a firearm, we will only ship to an FFL holder. Gene Francis & Associates is not responsible for any fees associated with the transfer. Shipping is $40 per long gun and $25 per handgun.
