Staggered and extended bidding times:
Lots will end 1 minute apart. When an item receives a bid during the last 3 minutes before its closing time, that item's end time will reset to 3 minutes. This will impact the time remaining of all following lots. The reset of time is done to allow all bidders a chance to win. All lots will close and sell when there are no more bids after 3 minutes.

Payment Information:

• Upon the close of each lot, the winning bidder will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail and/or text from Gavel Roads that they have won the item.
• The winning bidder will receive an invoice of total purchases from the KCA via e-mail as soon as possible.
• Winning bidders will pay KCA directly. Payment can be made via credit card (2% service fee will be added) or by a check made out to the KCA PAC.
• KCA staff will contact you to arrange delivery or pick up of the item(s) you won.
