- This lot contains a 1995 John Deere 310D Turbo Diesel 2wd Extend-a-hoe Backhoe.
- The backhoe appeared to be in fully functional condition on the day of consignment.
- The total hours on the unit are unknown (the hour meter was nonfunctional on the day of consignment).
- There are minor leaks on a couple of the hydraulic cylinders on the backhoe and loader (see pictures and videos).
- Personal inspections are recommended.
