- The dump truck was in usable condition at the time of consignment.
- It was originally a MODOT vehicle.
- Seller hauled rock and replaced tires, changed oil and filters and repainted it.
- Electric tarp does not work and has holes in the tarp.
- No end gate.
- Instrument panel does freeze.
- Driver's seat is torn.
