The buyer is responsible for any and all removal of items. Any other removal outside of the previously mentioned dates & times will need to be scheduled with the seller (no loading equipment will be provided). Buyers must pay prior to removal.
Items must be removed from the premises by September 3rd, 2021 due to the selling of the building. If items are not removed, buyer will lose all right to the items purchased and any payments will be returned minus a 10% restocking fee.
