The first thing to do is to Register.

Once you’ve registered, you’re in!
Now that you’ve logged in, you can search for items or browse the upcoming auctions. Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, there are photos and information to review along with consignor information. You may contact the seller directly to ask any questions you may have about the item.
If you or another buyer have bid within 5 minutes of the ending time of the auction, the closing time will be extended an additional 5 minutes. This will continue until there are no bids inside of the 5 minute window of the auction closing time. The extended time feature is in place so that each buyer is given ample time to increase their bid to win the item.
Once you have won an item, you will receive an email informing you that you’ve won. Gavel Roads will follow up with an invoice emailed to you including the 10% Buyer’s Premium and all applicable sales tax applied. There you will find instructions on making payment. Gavel Roads accepts credit card purchases up to $2000, ACH, or wire transfers. Once you have paid for an item, Gavel Roads will email you a receipt, and you will be responsible to contact the seller and manage the transfer of the item you purchased.
