Any other removal after these dates will need to be scheduled with the seller. All items MUST BE REMOVED BY December 15, 2021. If items are not removed buyers will be charged a 10% restocking fee and lose rights to all items purchased. A forklift and operator will be available. Any large equipment should be professionally removed. Buyer is responsible for any and all removal of machines/items and assumes all risk of damages.
