Product Description:
- This lot contains a 1979 Link-Belt LS98A-40t Crane.
- 120 foot of stick, however it has the original load chart for a 30 ton crane, which only allows to use 100 feet of stick.
- The crane has both counterweights to make it a 40 ton, but the counterweight numbers were never submitted to the factory to get the load chart reassigned.
- JIB, a ball, and a single sheave block.
- All three cables were good as of the crane's last annual inspection.
- 471 Detroit engine and has had glycol in the oil samples for years. It is still a good starter, but needs the idle adjusted.
- It ran when parked, all functions, and gauges were working.
- Hydraulic system functions with no known leaks.
- Tracks are very loose, new pins required.
- All safety devices functioned as of the last annual inspection.
