• It has been stored indoors and has been well maintained.
• Item is located at City of Clearwater Public Works Department, call to schedule personal inspections prior to auction ending.
• Personal Inspections are Recommended.

Pickup Disclosure:
The Max-Pak Carboard Baler will need to be professionally removed by a licensed contractor. It will be electrically disconnected by the city at the time of removal. The machine will require disassembly to remove it from the building because there are height restrictions within the building and the doorways. The city does not have equipment that can handle the loading of the weight of the machine. The contractor will also need to provide their own equipment for loading as well. The buyer only has 30 days from the end of the auction to have the removal completed, unless there is a agreement with both parties prior to the end of the auction.
