Product Description:

• This lot contains a 30' Wide Greenhouse Building Frame that is approximately 96' Long.
• The Heating and Ventilation Building Utilities are included with the sale of the building.
• The building heating is controlled by 2 gas fired furnaces.
  • One unit is a Trane XE80 unit that is a 100,000 BTU's.
  • The other unit is a 124,000 BTU's.
  • Both Units were functional last time they were used and have been kept covered while not in use.
  • Units were not tested at the time of consignment.
• The end of the greenhouse does have exhaust fans with 42" actuated louvers for ventilation.
  • Exhaust fans were functional last time they were used.
• The building frame and walls will have to be disassembled for removal by the succesful winning bidder at the conclusion of the auction.
• Item is located at Johnson's Garden Center in Wichita, KS, call to schedule personal inspections prior to auction ending.
• The plants, carts, and retail containers that are pictured with the building are not included in the sale.
• The Trusses are held in place with 1 1/4" Galvanized sleeved pipes in the ground, owner is willing to let those go with the building but they will require excavating to remove them.
• Personal Inspections are Recommended.

Pickup Disclosure:
The greenhouse building structure will require full disassembly for removal. Everything related to the building except the main electrical panel is included with the sale. The electrical supply and the gas supply will be shut off prior to disassembly of the building. The buyer will also need to provide their own equipment and tools for loading and disassembly as well. The buyer only has 30 days from the end of the auction to have the removal completed, unless there is an agreement with both parties prior to the end of the auction.
