July 12th, 2023 Seward Co., KS Farmstead & 158 +/- Acres Multi Parcel ABSOLUTE Land Auction

LIVE AUCTION WILL BEGIN JULY 12, 2023 - 6:00PM. 

Once you login to gavelroads.com, select the auction July 12th, 2023 Seward Co, KS Farmstead and 158 acres auction.  Select Register for Auction.  Then, select the lot you wish to bid.  You will enter each lot that you wish to place a bid. Enter bid amount in each lot you wish to place a bid. Once we go live on Wednesday we will open the bidding on Lot 1: 5 acres and house, then pause the bidding.  Open the bidding on Lot 2: 152 acres, then pause the bidding.  Then we will open up both lots to bid in combination of the two lots and individually.  Whichever brings the highest bid will sell in that manner.  It could be all together or each lot separately.
