- The item appeared to be in good usable condition at the time of consignment.

- The cabin is climate controlled with a roof mounted 13.5 BTU A/C unit.
- Electric Panel w/lifeline 100 AMP and power 50 automatic generator transfer switch.
- 36" RV Door w/screen and window cabin entry.
- Partition Wall has a 48" walk through door to enter cargo area.
- Trailer has a boxed in, hard wired Generator vented to the outside.
- Generator is an Onan 5KW w/battery & 8 gallon fuel tank (3 phase, 220v). See Video
- Generator shows 33.7 hours on meter.
- 30' Cargo area has (4) wall outlets, (2) 4' Double tube fluorescent lights, (2) dome lights, (1) light switch.
