Product Description:
- This lot contains a 1981 Case 1270 Diesel 2wd Tractor w/ Front Blade Attachment.
- The Case Tractor appeared to be in good usable condition on the day of consignment.
- The exterior door handle is broken off of the door and the side window is missing the hinge bolt (see pictures).
- The rear tires are weathered, low on tread, and will need to be replaced in the future (see pictures).
- The A/C was nonfunctional, but the blower motor was functional.
- The front blade has been disconnected from the tractor for several years but it looks to be in good usable condition (see pictures).
- Personal inspections are highly recommended.

Pickup:
The seller requires a minimum 24 hour notice prior to pickup/load out after the auction ends. Please contact Dennis Christensen at 620-825-4927 for scheduling. Removal for this item must be within 30 days after the auction date. This will be waived unless a previous agreement has been made with the Brian Elkins 316-519-0690 at Gavel Road's prior to the auction date. Limited equipment will be available for loading.
