Product Description:

  • This lot contains a 40' x 100' x 18' Red Iron Building Structure Framing.
  • The Steel Structure Framing appeared to be in used/good usable condition on the day of consignment.
  • The building has a 18' clear span truss height with the current support column configuration.
  • The building was disassembled several years ago but the framing was not labeled when it was removed.
  • It looks to be mostly complete it has 4- 40' center section load carrying trusses, the columns that support the trusses, and the C-Channel and Z-Purlins that make up the exterior framing (No Exterior Sheetmetal is included with the structure).
  • There wasn't any hardware included with the structure.
  • Some of the ends are slightly bent on the C-Channel and Purlins but it looks to be easily fixable.
  • The seller has equipment available for loading assistance, there won't be any torch cutting or any hot work allowed on site because of the high risk of wildfires in the area.
  • Personal inspections are recommended.
