Location: From Caldwell, KS go north on Hwy 49 for approximately 4 miles and go west on W 130th St S for 5 miles. Property is in the southeast corner of W 130th St S & S Bluff Rd.

Description: 320 acres with 168 acres of cultivation nestled in the valleys of the deep treelined creek banks of Fall Creek. Huge walnut, oak, and cottonwood trees line the creek banks and make fantastic habitat for whitetail deer, turkey, and quail. Terms: $65,000 down as earnest money the day of auction with the balance due on or before August 30, 2021. Property is selling in "as in" condition and is accepted by the buyer without any expressed or implied warranties. It is the buyer's responsibility to have any and all inspections completed prior to bidding. The buyer and seller shall split equally in the cost of the title insurance and the closing fee.
